Map Rotation & server settings

Talk about the current map rotation and server settings, and their possible changes here!

I would support the idea of removing Tehran Highway and Grand Bazaar from the rotation, or at least one of these.
And changing the player health to <80% or changing the bullet damage modifier.

Also, whats the current vehicle spawntime?
