I still don't understand why one must not be in a clan to be a mod/admin.

I'll take a guess here. 2 reasons I can think of:
-you could give your clan mates unfair advantages
-being in a clan means you'll play in the clan's server too, and the Greens probably want you all for themselves.

Again this is just stuff I thought of, it's not official or anything.

I guess Bin's point of view is that as an admin one of your roles is to be equal to everyone, and that's kinda hard to stick to when you have clan mates playing with you.
I mean, if it came down to kicking or muting one of your team mates or a random noob it's pretty obvious which one you'd choose.

This has some good ideas,
but overall it makes the system way more complicated AND then we're gonna get more admins then players ..
