I'm with a good idea here..

First Idea ( The admins )

Divide the admin/mods in groups, levels !

Second idea:
PS:The commands and privileges can be changed etc.. just a example..

Admins application :
#1 -Change the admins app for moderators application(with the time, you can up for level 2 or down) etc.
#2 -Lock the moderators app when full mods ( i'm seeing, very admins in admin team ) wont be all players mods.
#3 - Buy Moderator [ 50euros ] level 1, following the rules.. abuse = removed...

Forum /users/Admins
#1- Lock your owns topics
#2- Change yourself name
#3- Remove the not active admins
#3 -Do a team in forum for moderator
to help,organize and a fast asnwer with contact with the admins !


Ex: asker :How i connect in mta ?
Mod: Hello, $player !
Click in quick connect and insert the ip xxxxxxxxx
Some questions?
If no = Closed

Idiot part, but lets go :lol:



Moderator forum:
# - Lock topics noobs
# - Move topics in wrong area
# - do a forum/topic for request name change [It's very important]




I'm thiking in new ideas,

But please, dont make them buy moderator status.

This idea seems to be more work for the Top Crew, than it actually helps <_<
And being able to buy Moderator Status? Really? We all have already seen how
unreliable, childish and abusive MC Kids are..

Giving them more power => Dystopia

Edit:
I didn't get at all how moderator status could actually help the server or the forum in any way.
Just an unreasonable idea so kids can feel more powerful.

For the people who are against 'Paying for admin' (I agree). But Clavus decided people who pay 10 euros or more (per month) for the BF3 server, will have admin rights on it.

Just saying.

I can dig the idea of 'selling' moderator powers, but it has to be well priced, and the people who bought it needs to be recorded and logged so that any harsh use can be detected. Even if they screw up and lose their powers, I'd say it's still worth it if they paid 10-20 euros for it.

Buying moderator powers: Works ONLY if it is given to trusted people

This place needs more forum moderators indeed... What i have seen lately there has been happening so much stuff (MC kids mostly) that this place needs more clean up. +1 forum moderator would be enough.

But, I can say that this idea is the worth that we can do for L4G community. Why? As Raptor said,

And.. Their self-confidence will grow up to an incredible level, which will affect the decision making in a variety of moderator's/server admin's duties (BAN, UNBAN, deleting the topics, whatever).

I'd love to be able to test (and upload) maps for MTA, that would be fun to do!
(always loved mapping, did a lot of mapping and testing with UT engine for tactical ops)

But really, admins should be players that contribute to the server. Not people who only post or buy it for the sole reason of admin rights.
