[Mr. Darkness]

My Java has recently being weird. I cannot use it. I had it downloaded before but now it doesnt seem to work. I have re-downloaded it, but it still doesnt work. When I launch it, it sais that some numeral code is not in that programme so my pc doesnt want to run Java. No idea whats happening.
I tried to use it while my firewall was on and off. Nothing works.

I had the exact same problem together with my pc bluescreening and a lot of office crashes ..
in the end my ram appeared to be broken.
after i inserted a new ram my pc was fine

Agree with the terms, and download the Windows x86 version.

Sometimes you may have to right click the installation file and run as administrator.

Also is the anti-virus blocking that?

My anti-virus is out of date. But it may be.
Also, are you sure I need a development kit? I think that development kit is to do java stuff, not run it.

I tried turning off the anti-virus and opening using administrator rights, but didnt work.
