Lots of neat stuff in this update. Multiple loadout presets (finally). Class selection shows the items you equipped (finally). 2nd misc slot (finally). Custom decal items. And a load more hats.

Also everyone gets a free present that contains a paper hat, but theres a small chance a new hat pops out of it with the paper hat.
Also new crate series.
#30 contains:
Strange Degreaser (?, not sure?)

Also rumors that the new high five taunt is a DROP.

Okey update is cool, but there is some problems with loadouts (changing it is very, VERY slow). And it seems to be very unstable on L4G servers atleast... People keep crashing all the time ._.
