Battery life and overall performance has been improved it seems. The lag of the unlockscreen is mostly gone.
Too bad I have to bring this fucking phone back to the store because my GPS is fuck@d

Bought a Wildfire last winter to check the whole Android thing out and man it's been painfull. It's ridicilously slow even with task killer and opening it takes about ~1min, even 2 at times.
Recommend me another good Android phone, I like the system but i bought a really bad phone for it.

What would you expect if you buy an slow older phone. That is as fast as a 'dumb' phone. A good Android phone needs at least a 1GHZ CPU.

So Android 4.0 has been announced/released, with the name Ice Cream Sandwich, or ICS.
Basically its the looks of Honeycomb (With all its Tron-like awesomeness) but on a phone not a tablet. It also takes more advantage of the hardware the phone has, and other changes!

And sadly probably only the higher-end gingerbread phones which would be upgraded to ICS.
And Galaxy S2 users, we might be getting ICS in January 2012.
Sony Ericsson users, they've said that they will bring it to their phones, but no word when
HTC users, they've said that they're looking at how they can incorporate sense into ICS, so you may be waiting a while.

http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=1450962
Updates coming in weekly, no full wipes needed for them to work.
Only camera is still a bit buggy, but I can live with that.
