NEED HELP WITH BINDS! yeah..

Before i started playing at L4Green i had something else binded on F4. Now i want to access the Option menu you open with F4. but i cant cuz i have another bind on it. I dont use it anymore. I tried to re-install my gmod but it didnt work. Now i really want to know: What shall i put in console, bind "F4" (insert option menu bind here). So what is the bind?!

I found it

bind "F4" "gm_showspare2"

this is the bind for the options

What about pressing alt together with f4? I couldn't bind anything on it, ever... ;)
