is there anyway i can upload my own picture for my my signature or do i have to upload it to another sight first.
sorry if this has already been answered but my intenet is slow as atm so pages took forever to load.
also despite changing my avitar and profile picture my old one is still displayed at the top right instead of my new one. thats fixed now.

Yes you do have to upload it from somewhere else for your signature.

And then link it into your signature
