Why can't I add new sprays in Gmod? Seriously, Why?

Last 2 weeks I try to add a new spray, Balmung and Lastion made, I click on the file, and happens nothing. Got any clue?

I have the same shit with tf2.
There is a Browse window, and after going to logos file and choosing the vtf, I couldnt load it.

Also, my vtf creator doesnt work right, when I use it, it crashes. Might I need to redownload it?

By the way, do I have to download that SprayR?
