Map criteria:
- they must be suited for Surfing. So it's best if they're 'surf_*.bsp' maps. You can't suggest other maps.
- they must be able to contain at least 32 players.
- the map filesize should not exceed the 40 megabytes.
- custom textures and stuff must be included in the bsp.
