Hello and welcome to the Grand Guide to Green-Coins!

WTF are Green-Coins?
They are a currency used by the Mr. Green community. Originally they only existed on the Zombie Survival server, but we now created a global database where players can connect their Green-Coins to one account, and use them on different game servers.

What can I do with Green-Coins?
You can buy upgrades, items, or other fancy stuff that you can use ingame!

How do I get Green-Coins?
Each gameserver has its own way of getting Green-Coins. Either by killing players, or achieving other things.
Additionally you can DONATE. For each euro donated you get 1000 Green-Coins.

How do I donate?
If you log into your account, you see a conveniently placed button that says "Send donation". Just follow the simple instructions on there and you're done!

How do I access this 'global account'?
You probably already have one! It uses the same login email and password as you have on the Left4Green forum (register on the forum if you haven't got an account!). You can log in here:

Wait, how does it know what forum account belongs to who ingame??
It doesn't! That's one thing you'll have to do manually. Once you logged in to your account (and created a record, if there wasn't one yet), you can submit a connection request for your Steam ID (A Steam ID looks like this: "STEAM_x:x:xxxxxxx", type 'status' in console while ingame to find yours, OR use this website: http://steamidfinder.com/default.aspx ). Next go onto a server that is connected to the system (see below), and you'll get a little popup asking for confirmation. Once you've confirmed the connection, you can immediately view your earned Green-Coins! The confirmation is only required once for an ID, so you don't have to confirm it in every gameserver.

Mind that this also makes it easier to transfer all your Green-Coins to a new Steam account! Just submit a new connection request and confirm it ingame!

What servers are currently connected to this system?
GMod Infected Wars: First server to use the new database. You can earn GC by killing zombies or humans. Buy upgrades and suits from the shop ingame using your GC!
GMod Zombie Survival: Now also using the new system! All Green-Coins earned on the ZS server will be transferred to the database, and can still be spend in the ingame shop!
GMod Fretta: In planning stages.
Team Fortress 2: Also live! You earn GC by playing the game; your scoreboard score, divided by 2, is added to your GC count. You can spend the GC in our shop webpage at http://tf2shop.left4green.com !
Multi Theft Auto: You already earn GC. No shop yet.
Zombie Panic! Source: In planning stages.
Counter-Strike Source: You already earn GC. No shop yet.
Day of Defeat: Source: You already earn GC. No shop yet.
Pirates, Vikings and Knights II: You already earn GC. No shop yet.

Any final notes?
You'll no longer be able to request a scoreboard title for Zombie Survival when donating. However, we'll reduce the cost of the Title Editor shop item in exchange.

*UPDATE* A quick note: you are NOT ALLOWED to farm Green-Coins in any way. Repercussions can be in form of bans, losing all your Green-Coins, and / or losing all your bought items.

ive changed mine recently-ish as well, but the login page is only accepting my old password
