No you don't. You just click the register button, then close the page and use it again, or wait for like 20 seconds and the box goes.

You need registration for mIrc right? Where is it possible to register... umm... for free? :P Or can I register on mIrc itself? :) Well sorry for being nooby but its been ages since i used it :) and back then when i did i was a noob at it :) so if someone be so kind to tell me hos to connect? You dont need a registration for mIRC. Just wait when the notice pops up at the beginning. You can skip it after a while.

IT's like winRAR they want you to registrate but you can just keep using it for free. It does take a while though.

I had installed an IRC client, then decided that was a bad idea for my grades at the minute.

Got an IRC on my phone though! Not that I use it much :D
